1. Choose a project
Below are several ideas for simple Mission Possible Yavneh Birthday Projects that are designed for elementary and middle-school-age students. Please also feel welcome to do a project of your own creation for an organization that is personally meaningful to your family. Middle-school students can choose from the following projects, but are also encouraged to donate their time to organizations of their choice.
2. Complete the project
We encourage you to let your child take the leadership role in brainstorming and carrying out the chosen project. We also encourage you to discuss with your child the organization to which they are donating items or volunteering time. Enjoy!
3. Fill out the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED form
Please complete – or have your child complete – the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED form (you can print it online or pick one up from the front receptionists) with your child’s name, class, and a few sentences describing the project. This will enable us to acknowledge your child’s Mission Possible Yavneh Birthday Project in the Chadashot and other Yavneh publications.
4. Return the form and MISSION POSSIBLE YAVNEH BIRTHDAY PROJECT
Your child’s Mission Possible Yavneh Birthday Project may be dropped off in the front office (the first door to the right before the receptionists desk when you enter Yeshivat Yavneh) There will be a sign on the door that reads Drop Off Mission Possible Yavneh Birthday Project HERE! The Mission Accomplished form may be dropped off at the front receptionist’s office. All Contributions (can be dropped off in a box at the front office) will be delivered to the appropriate organization. Please make sure all contributions are labeled with your child’s name.
If you have completed a mission, fill out the form and turn it in for your prize
